Show Ostler-Brown Marriage Is Announced A marriage of interest to local friends and relatives is that of Norma Jean Ostler of Orem and Ray Brown Jr., of Pleasant Grove, which was solemnized on Wednesday, Wednes-day, February 14, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple with President Robert Rob-ert Young officating. The popular bride is the daughter of Mr. and: Mrs. Robert C. Ostler of Orem; her benedict is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Ray Brown of Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove. Accompanying the young couple and witnessing the temple ceremony cere-mony were Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Ewell, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Ost. ler, Orem; Mr. and Mrs. E. Ray Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Christ-iansoh Christ-iansoh of Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Earl Chadwick, Mr. and Mrs. Eas-ton Eas-ton Brown of American Fork; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smith of Snowflake, Arizona; and Mrs. Marjorie Jones of Lovell, Wyoming. Following the temple rites, the entire party of 17 were guests of the bridegroom's parents at a wedding breakfast at the Doll House. In the evening of the same day, the young couple was honored at a wedding reception at the home of the bride's parents in Orem. Immediately following the reception re-ception the newlyweds left for a honeymoon trip to San Francisco, ' Los Angeles, and other points of interest on the west coast. Upon their return they will establish a home in Manila. Mr. and Mrs. E. Ray- Brown were particularly happy at having all members of their immediate family present to accompany Ray Jr. and his bride and attend the temple marriage and reception recept-ion that followed. |
