Pierson entertained at an informal party on Monday afternoon, in compliment to her daughter, Mrs. Wayne Adams, nee Patricia Ann Pierson, a recent bride. Games and refreshments were enjoyed and the new Mrs. Adams received sincere and heartfelt heart-felt good wishes and many lovely and useful gifts. The party carried over in the evening, when other relatives and friends came to make marry and repeat the good wishes and gift offerings. Sixty close relatives and friends enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the Pierson home and the nicely served refreshments.
