Show Parents Announce Marriage Of California Girl Mr. and Mrs. Burton H. Adams announce the marriage of their daughter Dawn of Los Angeles, Cailf. to A. Herald Phelps, also of Los Angeles. The marriage took place on Oct. 18 at the St. George LDS temple. Attending the ceremony were Dawn's parents and sister Joan Naylor together with a large group of relatives of both families from California. Dawn, a well known violinist throughout Utah and California is currently recording sonatas for violin and piano with her accompanist, accom-panist, the young California piano virtuoso, Esther Wolfe, these recordings re-cordings to be used in colleges throughout the country. Her bridegroom, also is prominent prom-inent in music circles in the Southland. South-land. He is the possessor of a fine tenor voice, and as present is vice-president of the Los Angeles Oratorical Society. After a brief honeymoon in Las Vegas, the newlyweds will make their home in Los Angeles, where the bride will continue her concert work and as a member of the faculty of the Los Angeles School of Music and Art. Her next concert of importance will be on November 24, in Los Angeles, the date her marriage was originally planned for. |
