Show Parents Announce Engagement Of Daughter Dr. and Mrs. Grant Y. Anderson of Pleasant Grove announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Jean, to Samuel A. Sorenson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew C. Sorenson of Provo. The ceremony will take place February Febru-ary 23 in the Salt Lake Temple, j Miss Anderson was graduated j from the Brig-ham Young Univ-' Univ-' ersity as Valedictorian of her class. While in school she was a ! member of the Val Norn social Sigma and Tau Kappa Alpha. Mr. Sorenson is also a graduate of the Brighani Young University where he was affiliated with the Viking social unit. Thcta Alpha Phi and Phi Alpha Thcta. lie served in the Navy in the South 1 Pacific battle areas where he I headed a combat motion picture team. Following the wedding the . couple will leave for Chicago where Mr. Sorenson will enter the University of Chicago. |
