Show I j SCHOOL PLAY I ! Tuesday and Wednesday the Junior and Senior High Students were treated to a laugh feast, the annual school play, "Brother Goose". The story of the play was humorous humor-ous and it proved to be a delightful delight-ful comedy. It had its tender moments mom-ents though and everyone who saw it felt that they had been excellently paid as they truly had a "Laugh feast." The play was presented by a well chosen cast, which as coached coach-ed and directed by the Speach-Drama Speach-Drama teacher, Mrs. Jacobs. At the conclusion of the second act, the cast presented Mrs. Jacobs with a lovely pin and card as a token of their appreciation for her help. The character were portrayed in a manner that was pleasing to any performer. The cast had a very enjoyable time in presenting the play; and the patrons and faculty members enjoyed the presentation immensely. So, everyone had a fine time. Side Lights on the Play Barrell "Jeff Louder lost his lunch Monday during the lunch hour while practicing. Dixie "Carol" "Car-ol" West tells us that it was very delicious. It seems that during the third ! act one night, Carole "Peggy" Walker and "Jeff" Louder were suposed to be alone. The basketball basket-ball team knows differently though. Andy Johnson, the truck driver, looked slightly odd in Mr. Hill-man's Hill-man's overalls. They were only 5 sizes too large. ' 1 I |
