Show I UNIFORM NUMBERING I OF STREETS IS GIVEN APRROVAL Represenatives of all community planning organizations of the north end of Utah county, met as a committee com-mittee Monday night in American Fork, where a uniform street num-ering num-ering system with a central point in earh town was agreed upon, according ac-cording to George H Smeath, Utah County planning commission chairman. chair-man. Mr Smeath explained that the method of sreet numbering which had been settled on would be recommended re-commended to community councils for immediate study and approval. Present at the session were Leo Meredeth, American Fork, who acted act-ed as chairman of the group; Leo Hansen, Lehi; Uosiah Kemp Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove; Clarence Wright, Lin-don; Lin-don; George Wells. Orem and Mr. I Smeath. The committee decided that a street numbering plan to serve the entire county best would have to be developed on a community influence in-fluence basis, with each community numberinglts own streets from a center determined by that community, com-munity, Mr. Smeath explained. |
