Show Local News Items i The home of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Peterson was the scene of a gay party Saturday evening when Mrs. Peterson entertained at a family party in honor of her husbands birthday anniversary. A patriotic theme was carried out in the decorations. de-corations. A large birthday cake centered the table, and at each plate a silver victory V, held a small American flag. Covers were laid for the honor guest and Mrs. Peterson, his mother Mrs. Ida Peterson, Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Peterson, Pet-erson, Mr- nad Mrs. Wesley N. Peterson of Salt Lake City, Miss Mary Peterson, Rastus Peterson, Don and Joseph Peterson. After dinner the time was spent in visiting vis-iting and family chat. Mrs. Burlin Driggs entertained at a chicken dinner on Monday evening in honor of her nephew, Charles Glen Anderson, formerly of Lehi, now training in the navy fit Farragut, Idaho, but here on leave visiting with his relatives. Covers were laid for the honored guest, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Anderson and sons Don and Gary.( Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Bates and son Burlin and daughter daugh-ter Joyce and Orin Bates, all of Lehi, Mrs. Margaret Anderson and Mrs. Driggs. |
