Show MRS. ANNA E. HALL IS HONORED ON BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY The family of Mrs. Anna E. Hall entertained Sunday afternoon at a buffet luncheon in honor of Mrs. Hall's 88th birthday anniversary. anniver-sary. The very pleasant affair was held at the home of the honor guest's son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Gray. A happy afternoon was spent in family visiting and reminiscing. Present were James B. Hall, Herbert H. Hall and children Doris Dor-is and Max, Albert Hall and daughter Vesta and granddaughter Brent all of Salt Lake Ciity; Mr. and Mrs. Omer E. Hall and daughter daugh-ter Vonda of Magna; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hall, American Fork, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hall, Highland, High-land, Julian E. Hall, Los Angeles, California; Mrs. Douglas Strong and baby Connie, Mrs. Leo Tinnis and daughter Carolyn, Mr. and Mrs. Miller Kirkham and daughters daugh-ters Lillian and Loydese of Lehi, Private Dean Gray, Camp Polk, Louisiana; Mrs. Karl Faddis, Mark Gray and the host and hostess. host-ess. Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Hall was born on .February 11, 1856 in Kentucky., Ken-tucky., and on July 18, 1871 was married to Edmond Hall at Aberdeen, Aber-deen, Idaho In 1901 she joined the LD.S. church at Easton, Kansas, Kan-sas, and with her husband and family came to Utah in 1910, settling set-tling in Alpine and later in American Amer-ican Fork. Before the death of her husband in 1938 they celebrated celebrat-ed their 67 wedding anniversary. She now lives at the home of her dauq-hter. Mrs. Gray. She is the mother of 16 children, 14 of whom are living: 96 grandchildren: grand-children: 86 great grand children, and 3 srreat-erreat grandchildren. She has 10 grandsons, and 2 (Trent, rand sons serviner in the "rmed forces of their coxintry. |
