Show With The Service Mei, Private Eugene SidweJJ is here I from Camp Roberts, California, for a brief visit with his uncle McCoy Rackman and family of American Fork and with friends in Pleasant Grove Mrs. Sylvia Devereax Robinson has just received word from her husband Lynn Robinson stationed in the Marshall Islands that he has been advanced to Technical Sergeant T. Sgt. Robinson has been overseas three months Pvt. Lester Taylor arrived this week from California to spend a ten day furlough with his wife Ruth Green Taylor and his young daughters daugh-ters Peggy and Patricia. Kenneth Nerdin of the Sea Bees arrived January 25 for a 30 day visit with relatives and friends. Kenneth, Carptenter Mate 2c, is the son of Mrs. Joseph Nei'din of Lindon. He has spent 23 months in the South Pacific. Captain and Mrs. Rex Gourley are visiting at the home of the Captain's parents Mr. and Mrs. David Gourley Captain Gourley is enjoying a 30 day leave from the Fltzsimmons Hospital at Denver, were he has been confined since last November following an operation operat-ion on is knee. Previous to that time he spent more than a year in the iSouth Pacific. Lieutenant Loyle Bailey U. S. Navy arrived home Sunday morning from two years service in the South Pacific. His wife, Mrs. Anna F. Bailey met her husband at San Francisco on his arrival there. Lieut. Bailey will spend a 30 day leave here, before (reporting for duty at -Snn Dieeo. One great thrill of his home coming, was meeting his vonng son. whom he had not seen before. Limit, and Mrs. Bailey and vmir son left Wednesday evening for Monticello to visit with the T.ioiiWo'-it's parents Mr. and Mrs. T"lius Bailey. |
