Show With The Service Men Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Ostler of Windsor, have been advised that their son Orval Ostler has been promoted pro-moted to First Class Petty Officer, and is now a Yeoman in the U. S. Coast Guard, Private Lester Harris, son of Mrs. Polly Harris is in a base hospital, hos-pital, suffering from rheumatism. Private F. Elmer Foutz, who spent three days at the Salt Lake Air Base last week enjoyed a brief visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Foutz, before leaving for his new station. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Green re- ceived word from their son 2nd Class Seaman Nyle Green, that he had been transferred from Camp Farragut, Idaho, to Norman, Okla. Miss Florence Bailey of Salt Lake City has enlisted in the U. S. Marines, and will soon be assigned tc her post of duty. Miss Bailey attended hi?h school here a few years ago being the daugher of Mrs. Hazel Bailey, a native of Pleasant Grove. She is a grand-dauhgter grand-dauhgter of Mrs. J. D. Wadley, and has many friends here who will be interested to know of her orogress in her new field. |
