Show Former P. G. Woman Died In S L Hospital Mrs. Myrtle Anderson Johnson, 45, of Sandy died in a Salt Lake hospital Monday at 10:35 a.m. following a lingering illness. She was born in Pleasant Grove September 3, 1900, a daughter of Ole and Minnie Neilson Anderson. Slip li n rl hppn Primnvv Ancneirifinn president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sandy Third ward for many years and was a Relief Society teacher. She had lived in Sandy 20 years and at the time of her death was county registrar. Survivors include her husband, Elmer S. Johnson, two sons, Bert E. and Keith E. Johnson, and a daughter, Joyce Johnson, all of Sandy; five brothers, G. A. And- eisuu ui xmei iua.il roiit, a. jx. Anderson, Spanish Fork; A. R. Anderson, Clearfield; O. B. Anderson, And-erson, Palmyra, N. Y. and D. L. Anderson, Nyssa, Oregan; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Van Cott. Salt Lake; Mrs. Emily Pedersen, Pleasant Grove; and Mrs. Florence Flor-ence Williams, Tooele. Funeral services were conducted conduc-ted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Sandy Third ward chapel by Bishop Bish-op Ira Hardcastle. Burial was in .the Sandy City Cemetery. |
