Show ANNOUNCE MARRIAGE OF DAUGHTER- AND UNITED STATES MARINE Mr. and Mrs. Lewis E. Olpin announce an-nounce the marrage of their daughter daugh-ter LuJean to Mr. Elwod L. Sund-berg, Sund-berg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Sundberg. The marriage will take place in the Salt Lake Temple on Friday, June 11, after which the young couple will be honored at a wedding reception that evening, in the Pleasant Grove First Ward L. D. S. church. The bride is a graduate of the Pleasant Grove High School, and attended the Brigham Young university uni-versity at Provo, and for the past few months has been employed by Utah-Pomeroy-Morrison, at the Geneva Steel Wrorks. She has been an active worker in the First Ward church organiations, being organist for several years. The groom is also a graduate of the local high school, and during his school career he was active in athletics, being a member of the basketball and football teams, and also a tennis player. During his senior year he was captain of the basketball team. He attended the L. D. S. business college and for several months before he enlisted in the United States Marines he v.-a - eir.plo'-o-u'ii o r '"'va "i"'-! works. The younr couple will leave Saturday Sat-urday morning for San Diesro, California, Cal-ifornia, where Mr. Sundberg is stationed with the Marines. |
