Show Legion & Auxiliary Holds Meeting Last Saturday Eve. Members of Pleasant Grove Past of The American Legion and the Auxiliary met in conjoint session Saturday evening at the P. G. Second Sec-ond ward amusement hall, with Commander H. V. Clark in charge. Several matters of business were taken up by Commander Clark, after af-ter which Vice President Lydia Hilton Hil-ton gave a short talk, Repreesntative to the Legislature, Burton H. Adams spoke on bills pending in the Legislature, which if passed would 'be beneficial to returning re-turning veterans, among them is the bill to retain the vocational training train-ing school at Provo, and another bill 'discussed was the bill recently presented for a $50,000 armory for Pleasant Grove. S. W. Hilton and H. C. Robertson also spoke briefly, stressing the fact that when the boys return from the service they will want vocational training, and they should be able to get it in Utah, and 'for that reason urged that the vocational training school in Provo be kept operating.
