In the center of the tableau was Liberty regal and queenly Marilyn Richards, on either side her attendants, at-tendants, Peace, Leah Jean Swen-sen Swen-sen and Justice Mary- Christiansen. Forming a large V from the throne of Liberty were six lovely ward queens, each costumed and representing one of the allied nations nat-ions and each holding her own national nat-ional flag. They were: Manila ward, Jane Frown, United States; Windsor, Beth Gillam, Russia; Pleasant Grove, 1st ward, Geneal Thorne, China; Pleasant Grove 2nd ward, Jean Anderson, Great Britain; Pleasant Grove 3rd ward, Gloria Wadley, Pan America Lindon, Joye Fage, Exiled Nations. Each queen was attended by a group of dancers in fitting costumes. cost-umes. . More than 80 of these highly costumed young people took part in the floor show, thus adding beauty and splendor to' the affair that will he long remembered by those who were present. The climax came in the display of the Star Spangled Banner. All in all the ball, the classic affair af-fair of the M. I.
