Show Red Cross Drive Starts Next Monday The Red Cross Membership drive will open with a bang on Monday, March 1st, according to harry S. Richards, Chairman of the district. Last Monday evening, Mr. Richards Rich-ards and the four ward chairmen chair-men met, with more than forty eiilhusia-ticlblock workers, all present pre-sent to receive information and materials, wherewith to work. ' Nevw before- in-our history has there been greater need of Red Cross support than this year. It is hoped and urged that everyone every-one will rally to this worthy cause, end be ready to support the committees com-mittees when they call. ' Everyone is JbuBy and it is the aim of the committee to complete the drive in one week this is possible pos-sible only if we are all alert and prepared when called upon. Let- us remember dollars are dross compared with the good they can do to alleviate the need and pain throughout t;he world, especially espec-ially to our wounded and suffering when in the armed forces, and their families. q : Directing the yrards' drives under Mr. Richards' supervision are the following chairmen. 1st Ward E$car Evans. 2nd Ward Ernest P.
