Unlike previous years the salaries are distributed on a 12 month instead of a 9 month basis. However, due to the shortened school year only 11 of the 12 payments pay-ments will be paid, two of which will be paid in July and August, 1933. Therefore, during the period from September 1, 1932, to June 30, 1933, these employees received but 9-12 of the following contracted salary.
