Show ManDiesof I Injuries Received In Mine Nathaniel Chesnut, 35, formerly of this city, died in the Bingham, hospital hos-pital Thursday morning, the result of injuries sustained at 1 a. m. Wednesday Wed-nesday in the U. S. Mine. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Richtn and Clyde 'Chesnut were summoned to Bingham early Wednesday morning when word came of the very serious injury of their brother who fell 70 feet down a shaft in the mine and I sustained a broken neck. According to the report of the accident Chesnut Ches-nut was workjng alone as a timber-man timber-man on the 1600 foot level. He was' precipitated to the bottom of the chute when the platform upon which he was working gave way. He was unmarried. His brothers and sisters, ncludmg Mrs. Lilhe May Lamb and Miss Eva Chesnut of Salt Lake, and Robert Chesnut of Bingham ivere at his bedside in the Bingham hospital. He was conscious up until in tire night Wednesday when he lapsed into in-to a coma. The body was brought to American Fork Thursday afternoon after-noon and is in the Anderson mortuary. mort-uary.
