OCR Text	Show HAMNETT-AUSTIN MARRIAGE ANNOUNCED Miss Louise Hamnett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Al Hamnett of Alpine, and Carl Austin, son of Mrs. Alice Austin of this city, w:ere united in marriage Friday evening at the home of the bride in Alpine. The young couple stood before the fireplace which was banked with rcses and peonies. President Clifford Clif-ford E. Young performed the ceremony cere-mony in the presence of the two immediate families. Mrs. Sheldon Hamnett was matron of honor. Miss Vonda Hall, maid of honor and Miss Iona Smith, bridesmaid. brides-maid. Ralph Street acted as best man. Following the ceremony, a gay wedding reception was given in the Alpine ward amusement hall, attended at-tended by three hundred guests. The young couple received many beau- tiful and useful gifts.
