Show Idaho Matron Buried Here Rozena Richins Slaugh, wife of Frank E. Slaugh of Aberdeen, Idaho, passed away at St. Anthony hospital at Pocatello, Idaho, after an illness of one month. She is survived by her husband and three cliildren, Orval, Jean and Nelda, also her mother, Mary J. Richins, of Pleasant Grove, and the following brothers and sisters: Alma J. Richins, Level, Idaho; Mabel Baxter, Bax-ter, Magna; Hazel Adams, American Ameri-can Fork; Frank, Alfred, Wayne, Glen and Delia Richins Smith of Pleasant Grove. Funeral services were held at Aberdeen, Ab-erdeen, Idaho, August 26 at 2 p. m. The body was brought to Pleasant Grove for funeral services at 3:30 p. ' m. Wednesday, August 27th. Bishop C. A. Gamett was in charge. A vocal duet entitled, Sometime We'll Understand", was rendered by Stella Hardman and Viola Beers. The invocation was offered by Counselor H. W. Jacobs. "Face to Face" was sung by Leone Told and Ethel West, accompanied by Mary Neves. The speakers were Lewis Olpin, Bishop A. H. Adams and closing remarks re-marks by Bishop C. A. Gamett. Other musical numbers rendered were: Solo, "Mother of Mine" by William Elsmore of American Fork, and a solo "My Faith In Thee" by May Richards Walker of the Lindon ward. The benediction was pronounced pro-nounced by Edward Warburton. Interment was made in the Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove City cemetery where the grave was dedicated by Ebenezer Ellis. |
