Show Alpine Stake Quarterly Conference Confer-ence Sat & Sun. Some very splendid' speakers will be present at the quarterly conference confer-ence of Alpine- stake which will be held Saturday night and Sunday. Among them will be Congressman J. Will Robinson, who returned tlrs week from Washington, D. C; Lin-op Lin-op John Wells of the presiding !-.' opric's office, Salt Lake; Dr. T---bert Maw, of the University of "nh, a member of the Y. M. M. I. V General Board,, and probably rr-resentatives rr-resentatives of the B. Y. U. summer sum-mer faculty. The conference will open Saturday Satur-day night with a priesthood meeting meet-ing in the Alpine ward chapel, to commence at 8 o'clock to which all members of the priesthood are urged to be present. At 10 a. m, Sunday conference will again convene con-vene and again at 2 p. m. The fourth and last session will be Sunday night at 7:30 p. m. under the direction of the stake Mutual Improvement Association. This meeting is given to the M. Men- and Gleaners of the stake, and' short testimonies will be given by M. Men and Gleaners of the six- wards-. Dr. I Maw will give an inspirational talk jto the young people and: a special j Invitation is given to- them to be present. I Special music for the conference will be rendered by the stake tabernacle taber-nacle choir under the direction oi K. J. Bird. |
