Show Out-of-town relatives and friends who attended the farewell testimonial testimon-ial in honor of W. Rumel Cragun were: Mr. and Mrs. Wm. M. Mower, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Kindred, Berne, Louise, and Beth Kindred of Springville, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Harris Har-ris and Leonard Thatcher, of Provo; Mrs. Violet C. Ostler, Mrs. Eva C. Heiner and Sheridian Cragun of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Horace W. Burgon and daughter, Carol of Union; George Crawford of American Ameri-can Fork, and Woodrow Brown of Blanding, Utan. The Windsor ward presented the three-act comedy drama, "So Leon Says," at the ward chapel Friday evening. The cast of characters included in-cluded Bessie Lowe, Reva Downs, Norma Hales, Donna Gillman, Verl Kirk, Ray Keetch, LeGrand Jarman and Brown Hales. The play was well received. Clifford L. Wright manager of the Pleasant Grove Canning Co., is in Chicago attending a meeting of the National Canners Association in regard re-gard to the code. He will purchase a new Chevrolet car for the Canning Company while there. Mrs. Clifford L. Wright was hostess hos-tess to the ladies of the Mother's Club Thursday afternoon. |
