Show Pretty Wedding Reception At Swenson Home A beautiful home wedding reception re-ception was given by Mr. and Mrs. jHalge V. Swenson, Saturday eve-j eve-j ning, last, in honor of the marriage of their daughter, Nell and Mr. Georgjs Gourley. Miss Effie War-nick War-nick of Provo, an aunt of the bride, was in charge of the affair. The lawn and gardens were beautifully beau-tifully decorated with baskets and sprays of flowers and colored lights. An. abundance of flowers in pastel shades were used in the entertaining entertain-ing rooms. A lace cloth over pink, with Dorothy Dor-othy Perkins roses and blue Delphinium Del-phinium in a pink crystal bowl' with pink tapers in crystal holders formed the dining table decor-ations. decor-ations. j A silver basket and tray, brought, from Sweden hv t.hp hriHV crro-nA. , father, were used in the serving. Miss Mary Broadbent, of Heber, land Miss Miriam Warnick of Pleas-ant Pleas-ant Grove presided at the serving table, assisted by the Misses Margaret Mar-garet Marrott, Cora Harper, Lucille Wadley. Mina Broadbent, and Mrs. Effie Adams. In charge of the gift room were the Misses. Ruth Eldredge of Granger, Gran-ger, Lucy Wadley, and June Gourley, Gour-ley, of Pleasant Grove. The bride's trousseau was in charge cf Miss Emma Ludwigson and Miss La Raine Swenson. The guests wrere met at the gate by Miss Gertrude Gourley and Mr. Warnick Swenson. In the receiving line were the bride's uncle and aunt, President and Mrs. W. W. Warnick, her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Swenson, her grandmother, Mrs. Charles P. Warnick, and the grooms grandmother, Mrs. Amasa West of Salt Lake, his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. David Gourley, Gour-ley, and the bride and groom. The bride was attended by her only sister, Leah Jeanne, who acted as flower girl, carrying an orchid basket of pink sweet peas and baby breath. She was dressed in orchid crepe. The bride wore a lovely long-sleeved long-sleeved model of white satin and lace. She carried a shower bridal bouquet of tea roses, baby breath, and satin ribbon. The string trio, composed of Miss Edith Young and Miss Ann Clayn son of American Fork, and- Jay Bachelor of Provo, furnished music throughout the entire evening'. Miss Gertrude Gourley, sister of the groom, rendered two vocal solos and Miss Zola Martin of Provo read three numbers.
