OCR Text	Show 70th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATED r Some of the friends of Mrs. Libbie Varney met at her home Tuesday, it being her 70th birthday. The afternoon after-noon was spent talking over the things they used to do. Dainty refreshments re-freshments were served. Mrs. Varney Var-ney was very pleased to welcome these ladies as it is the first time for eight months that she has been able to walk out and enjoy the open air, as she has been quite ill for that length of time. n
