Show o Marriages At an attractive home wedding last Saturday evening Miss Eileen Chipman became the bride of Mr. David K. Jacobson of Copperton. The ceremony took place at 9 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Chipman. The mantel in front of which the I bridal party stood was banked with fern, yellow lillies and peonies. The ceremony was performed by Judge Irving L. Pratt and was witnessed j by members of the immediate families. fam-ilies. The bride wore a white and black net afternoon dress. Her picture hat and accessories were of white. She wore a gardenia corsage. Her attendants at-tendants were Miss Florence and vivian umpman. Miss Florence Chipman wore a white and Miss Vivian Viv-ian Chipman, a biege lace frcck. Curtis Jacobson, twin brother of the groom, was best man. Immediately after the ceremony the couple left for a wedding trip through Southern Utah. Upon their return they will make their home in Copperton, where Mr. Jacobson is employed. The bride is a graduate of the American Fork high school and the B. Y. V., graduating with a degree cf batchelor of science. She is a member of the O. S. social unit of tne B. Y. U. and was active In social so-cial affairs of the school. She also attended the University of Utah for two years. Mr. Jacobson is a former resident of Pleasant Grove where he was well-known and liked. Their many friends in both communities join in wishing them much succtss and happiness hap-piness in their married life. o |
