Show Meeting Held To Discuss Purebred Sires Block Plan In response to a call by the local Farm Bureau, County Agent W. J. Thayne met a group of the town dairymen Wednesday night and explained ex-plained in detail the Purebred Sires Block plan. Five men were selected to solicit members and distribute articles ar-ticles of incorporation. In all probability prob-ability the town will adopt from two to five blocks. Project leaders were also elected and their program of work mapped out. They are aa follows: Dairying-Glen Dairying-Glen Matthews, to continue Purebred Sires Work and to conduct a Dairy exibit at a community fair next fall. Poultry Clarence Newman, to secure se-cure classes in care of baby chicks and conduct culling demonstrations. All hoys and girls club work is left to Vance West, except in the matter of Boys Sheep club, where he will work with the men's sheep club. Soil fertility and fruit J. M. Mc Farlane. Insect pest control, thinning thinn-ing demonstrations, fertilizing experiments. experi-ments. Community fair Mrs. J. P. Fugal, flowers; J. M. McFarlane, fruits and vegetable exhibits; R. S.
