Show o Sales Counselor Gives New Ideas On Salesmanship Sales-manship To Lions Mark Robertson, nationally known sales counselor, gave a very interesting interest-ing discourse Thursday evening to seventy-five Lion Club members and guests. His subject was on salesmanship sales-manship and applied psychology. In the course of his remarks he made a number of pertinent statements state-ments some of the more striking ideas being: To succeed one must learn how to use his or her body. Character, is the greatest means or factor towards to-wards success. 5 percent of the people do the thinking for the other' 95 percent and success is acquired by individuals who have confidenec in their ability and a determination to progress. J The meeting was one of the best attended in several months, both visitors and members enjoying the talk and entertaining numbers. Mrs. Ora Chipman and iMorley Steele accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Alice Parker furnished fur-nished two numbers and Miss Violet Preston gave a reading. Some reports re-ports were heard and business completed. com-pleted. A ladies night social will be held next meeting, February 28th. |
