Show Jody Vance to wed Korey Healey in Salt Lake LDS Temple ceremony V - Mr. and Mrs. Calvan Vance of Alpine are please to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jody, to Korey Healey, sorf of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Healey, also of Alpine. The couple will exchange vows in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Oct. 3. A reception will honor the newlyweds the same day from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Alpine 1st Ward Building, 165 E. 200 North. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. A wedding breakfast, hosted by the groom's parents, will follow the ceremony. Attending the bride will be Debra Vance, Jeanie Vance and Catherine Healey. Best Man duties will be performed by Kelly Healey, with Ryan Healey, Chad Bellon and Blair Vance attending at-tending the groom. Special guests will be grandparents grand-parents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Van Vance, and grandmother of the groom, Florence M. Vicklund. Other grandparents of the bride-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Thayne Bateman, currently serving an LDS mission in New England. Bridal showers were hosted by aunts of the bride, Ruth Bateman, Jean Bath and Joyce Fenwick. Also a shower was given by Marilyn McGhie, Julie Beck and Diane Webb. The bride-to-be is a graduate of American Fork High School and LDS Seminary. The prospective groom is a graduate of American Fork High and LDS Seminary. He served an LDS mission to Philadelphia, Penn., and graduated from the Utah State Police Academy. He is currently employed with the Lehi Police Department.
