Fielding on Golden Weddm i tUJ ; !: ' - 1 An open house honoring Fay and Grace Walker Fielding on the occasion oc-casion of their 50th wedding anniversary, an-niversary, will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Timpanogos Slake Center, 800 N. 100 West. Their children are pleased to give this invitation to all their friends and relatives to help make this a memorable occasion for their parents. The children are Norman and Barbara Fielding Olsen, Spanish Fork; Gene and Bonnie Joan Fielding Chantry, Summit Park; Carolee Fielding, Garth and Ruby Fowles Fielding and Brent and Sue Fielding Reber, all of Pleasant Grove. Fay was born in Mancos, Colo, and moved to Orem in 1915. Grace was born' in Lindon. They met at the old Farmer's Exchange where Grace was working as the bookkeeper and Fay came to make boxes. They were married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They received their license to wed on Fay's Oct. 25 birthday and were married on Grace's birthday, Oct. 26, 1934. They have lived in Oakland, Calif., Orem, Leamington and Payson, Utah. This gave their nieces and nephews a vacation time in the canyon and an opportunity to know each other. It was the summer's Christmas for all of them .
