Show f , ') - " i ' .-...( MISS CYNTHIA YOUNG AND DANIEL PECK Cindy Young and Daniel Peck Will Wed Feb. 10 in Alaska Mr. and Mrs. Wendell K. (Bill and Shirl) Young of Port Nikiski Dock Kenai, Alaska, are announcing the forthcoming forthcom-ing marriage of their daughter Cynthia Kae "Young to Daniel Lynn Peck, son of the late and Mr. and Mrs. Lynn J. Peck of Pleasant Grove. The wedding is planned for February 10, at 4 p.m. in the Latter-day Saints Church in Soldatna, Alaska. President Waldo Bishop will officiate at the ceremony. A reception will follow at the North Kenai Fire Station No. 1 from 6 to 9 p.m. Joseph Milo Wolding wilk stand for the groom. The bride, escorted by her father, will wear an empire-style empire-style lavender and old-lace gown. A veil formerly worn by her sister, made of pearl tiara and fingertip lace, shoulder length, will crown her head. She will carry a heart-shaped bridal bouquet of baby purple violets surrounded by white roses and lily of the valley. Maid of honor will be Carla Sue Young, sister of the bride and she will wear a lavender gown. Bridesmaids are Marilyn Walker, Jeannie McGrady and Vickie-Lazenby, of Kenai. They will be in lavender gowns and all carry nosegays of carnations carna-tions and pink rosebuds. The mother of the bride will wear a deep purple gown with a corsage of roses and gardenias. gar-denias. Scott Young, twin brother of the bride, will serve as best man. Ushers will be Todd Thayne of Pleasant Grove and David Johnson of Kenai. Gayle and Sheryl Dunsmore, Priscilla Murray and Cindy Carter will assist with gifts and the bride's book. Cindy graduated tfrom Kenai Ken-ai High School, and the groom is a Pleasant Grove High School graduate. He served six years in the Air National Guard He is now employed as a fireman fire-man in North Kenai, where the couple will make their home. Following the wedding and reception, they plan a short honeymoon around Alaska. |
