Show final rites held at kingston for jas K anderson funeral services for james K anderson of kingston were held at kingston on wednesday february 17 with bishop W J luke in charge the choir sang sowing and the invocation was offered by M D allen alien this was followed by the song beautiful isle of somewhere A sketch of the decease ds life was given by bishop luke and W fe bay gave a short talk mrs ada snow and mrs bosle nielson sang a song and joseph ipson gave a talk the choir sang oh my father and the benediction was offered by cloyd morrill interment was in the kingston cemetery where the grave was dedicated by his son dewey anderson james K anderson was born in lampshire england april 9 1876 a son on of john and bettle bettie anderson and came to the united states when he was seven years old his parents having joined the L D S church they moved to schofield where his father worked in the coal mines for a year then moved to richfield they lived in richfield for some time then moved to junction on what is known as city creek after living here a short time they moved to kingston ton when Anderson branderson Mr was 19 years of age three years later he married violet of kingston and to 0 o this union nine children four girls and five boys were born eight of these children together with his widow survive mr anderson suffered many disappointments in his life but during it all he had an abiding testimony of this church and improved upon that testimony he was a good father and kindly neighbor he was considered one of the best sheep in this section he was a good farmer and owned one of the best farms in kingston canyon at the time of his death we join with the many friends of the family in offering since sincerest reit sym sympathy p achy |
