Jackman and family and Wallace- Jackman left the middle of last week for Fillmore to visit for a while with relatives and friends. Wilford Jackman and family of Burley Idaho, who have been visiting relatives in Junction and Marysvalethe past few weeks returned to her home the latter part of the week. Mrs- - Mr. and Mrs. Carlysle Sprague and family of Salt Lake City stopped in Junction a short time on their way from Cedar City. They returned to their home the first part of the week taking their mother, Mrs. Ruth Sprague who has been visiting Her parents- a short time, home with them. Restraining Order Sought to Prevent Interference With Alleged Rights. (Taken from Tribune) The Piute Reservoir & Irrigation company has been ordered by Judge Thomas H. Burton to appear before Judge EliaJ Hansen, sitting in the fifth distiict court, to show cause why it should not be restrained from interfering with the turning out of the Piute reservoir certain water stored there which is declared to belong to the- petitioneers for the older under thelliggens decree rights. Haring on the order to show cause has been set for 2 p. m. on Monday Augusts, at the county courthouse in Filmore. Applicalion to the cout for the order was made by attorneys for the Sevier Canal Company, Abraham Irregation and tie Deseret lrregation Company. The petition for the order declared that company has stored and impounded in its reservoir certarn waters of the Sevier river alleged to be owned by the petitioneers. Maxwell of Cedar City is visiting her sister Mrs Jola Bay f6r a .short time. Fay Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Gilger of Parowan were in Junction Sunday. They took their little daughter Freda back with them.
