Show FORT DOUGLAS OFFICER WRECKS NEAR BUCKHOR mr air A F russell army officer stationed at fort douglas with his bin wife and three little girls were occupants of a big nash mash car which was wrecked just this side ot of buckhorn I 1 on oil wednesday though the car ap parent patently ly took a flying nose dive and after turning completely over lit tight light side bide and facing the direction from which it had come the occupants all escaped without fatal injury mrs russell sustained a broken arm and a slightly fractured skull but she remained perfectly rational and was able to tell how it happened one ot of the little girls received injury to one toot foot and ot of course the others were somewhat shaken and bruised but not seriously the injured ones were taken to the county hospital for or treatment too much speed was probably the cause ot of the accident though mr air russell rusell thought something had gone wrong with the steering apparatus |
