Show GOOD EXHIBITS characterize ANNUAL rambouillet SHOW the ninth annual rambouillet show passed into history last saturday evening though it was put on without expense advertising or any attempt to tiring bring in people from the outside to participate was not lacking in good exhibits some of the classes were much smaller than in recent years due principally to the fact that this years show allow was not held until after the national ram sale in salt lake city and the casper wyoming sale which attracted many rams from here but quality was not lacking either in the fitted or unfitted classes nor was the boys club F F A division without quality and the dairy show held in connection with it was by all odds the best exhibit of dairy stock ever assembled in III the county to our knowledge e jerseys and holsteins bolsteins from parowan carowan and paragonah Para gonah herds corn com prized the exhibit which included some very tine fine specimens of 0 both breeds prize winners in the sheep classes are given at the conclusion of this article as well as a list of the pioneer relics which were exhibited by mie daughters of the pioneers at the relief room during the show the winners in the dairy show we were unable to get but will give them next week the list of 0 fancy work and other items exhibited by the relief relict society the Y L M 1 I A and the primary is too lengthy to mention in detail suffice to say that the relief exhibited se articles the primary and the M 1 I A 80 90 including some beautiful specimens ot of hand work etc in the daughters ot of the pioneers exhibit there was a wealth of early day history and experience portrayed single collections such as tt that of aunt laura dark clark which contained a work box years old a white sack made by her mother from trousers pockets a buckskin pouch which carried gold f from rom C california ill 11 and numerous articles alt with equally interesting hist history gry would form the basis f tor or lengthy stories it timi time and space permitted but to gt get back to the let people their banquet on friday noon served by the relief kellet society featured roast lamb parowan carowan potatoes and other home grown stuff and was very delicious wilford day president of the sheep mens association presided and after a brief introductory talk called at intervals during the banquet tor for a solo by REX C ward who was accompanied on the piano by mrs airs ward talks by rulon S dixon who judged the sheep scott day who was chairman of 0 the dairy show committee lew mar afar price county agent of beaver county who was present mr S S sessions who told briefly about the new potato industry and a solo by mrs airs arvilla day who was also accompanied compa compau companies companied nied led by mrs glenna ward As the banquet came to an end the daughters of the pioneers requested that mr day auction oft off a quilt they had ma made de bidding wag exceedingly light mr air sessions was the
