L MILLER j t ing dock covered in the rear of the building SHRUBS sidewalks and lawns are complete The Post Office is designed with high windows leaving plenty of wall working working working work work- ing space for operations The lobby th that t is available 24 hours a day contains mail mailboxes mailboxes mailboxes boxes with three new sections set aside when the demand calls for more boxes MR MILLER says that the way it looks now it is going to be necessary to add new boxes very shortly as the present present present pres pres- ent boxes were mostly taken at atthe atthe atthe the opening date A stamp machine will be installed installed installed in in- stalled in the lobby which will make it possible possible- to get stamp service 24 hours a day as the lobby will remain in service around the clock ONE OF the features of the new mail boxes is that they have keys instead of combinations combinations combinations combi combi- nations as was the case in the theold theold theold old location When the office is open there are four service stations for customers with plenty of counter counter counter coun coun- ter space for the addressing of mail FARMINGTON along with the other municipalities has had a high rate of growth in inthe inthe inthe the past decade and the present new quarters it is hoped will serve the area for some time to come Mr Miller feels that adjustments adjustments adjustments adjust adjust- ments will have to be made in inthe inthe inthe the operations in the new build build- ino mno and he hopes the public will give consideration when these changes take |
