Show NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION Public Notice is hereby given that candidates are to be nominated for the following offices at the upcoming primary election to be held on Tuesday, September 12, 1978. 1. Legislative a. Congress. One United States Congressman in the First Congressional Con-gressional District, composed of Protection Districts in Summit County; Park City Fire Protection District; North Summit Fire Protection District, and South Summit Fire Protection District. Pace Summit County Clerk-Anditor Published in the Park Record April 6, 1978. the following Counties: Box Elder, Cache, Carbon, Daggett, Davis, Duchesne, Emery, Grand, Morgan, Rich, San Juan, Sanpete, San-pete, Sevier, Summit, Uintah, Utah, Wasatch and Weber. b. State Legislature. One State Senator from District 26, composed compos-ed of the following Counties; Morgan, Summit, Wasatch, Daggett, Dag-gett, Duchesne, and Uintah. c. One State Representative from district 66, composed of Summit, Morgan, Rich and part of Davis. 2. Judicial a. Supreme Court. There is a possibility that there will be an election provided that the incumbents) incum-bents) whose term is expiring or those who are otherwise required to run file during the month of June. b. District Court. There will be an election for the judges in the third judicial District provided that the incumbent(s) whose term is expiring or those who are otherwise required to run file during the month of June. The Third District Court consists of the following Counties: Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele. 3. School Boards One School Board member will be elected from School Representative Represen-tative Precincts one (1), Two (2), and Three (3), each of the three School Districts, Park City School District, South Summit School .District, and North Summit School District. 4. County a. One County Commissioner for a 4 year (4) term. b. One County Commissioner for a 2 year term. c. One individual will be elected to each of the following offices. 1. Sheriff 2. Clerk-Auditor 3. Assessor 4. Recorder 5. Treasurer 6. Attorney 7. Surveyor Precinct One Justice of the Peace from each of the three Justice of the Peace precincts: Coalville, Kamas and Park City. One Precinct Constable from each precinct. One Cemetery Maintenance Commissioner from the South Summit Cemetery Maintenance District representing Sub-district number three (3) for a term of six (6) years.
