The Park City Arts Council, Coun-cil, in cooperation with the 1979 Park City Arts Festival, announced today the First Annual Park City Summer Poster Competition. According Accord-ing to Tina Lewis, this year's Festival Director, and Pat Smith, Director of the newly formed Park City Arts Council, the poster should represent Park City Summer and its- myrads of events. Said Lewis, "We want the poster to show the total picture of summer in Park-City Park-City including such special activities as Arts Festival, Ride'n Tie, the Blue-grass Festival, Alpine Slide, and summer sports, with a feeling for Park City's unique character and environment. en-vironment.
