Show Zoning Advisory (Council Concludes Work on Plan During the past four months, a large group of civic-minded citizens of Summit County have been meeting regularly to consider con-sider the land use policy of the County.. Known as the Summit County Zoning Advisory Council, the group has leen chaired by James B. Kilbv of RFD Park City. The Council was organized into seven sub-committees which discussed various technical tech-nical areas of land use. The work of the Zoning Advisory Ad-visory Council concluded Tuesday Tues-day night March 20 with the unanimous un-animous adoption of a resolution calling for the Council to certify a proposed Zoning Ordinance and map to the Planning Commission Com-mission for final review and a recommendation to the Planning Commission that they urge adoption of the Ordinance as soon as possible to the Board of County Commissioners. Realizing that the work of the Zoning Advisory Council lias been tedious and has required sacrifices of all participants, the Summit County Board of Commissioners expressed their appreciation to all who participated on this project.
