Show sion on each of. said dates between the hours of 10:00 o'clock a.m. and ll:00o'clock a.m. to hear and consider any objections to and to make any, corrections of any proposed pro-posed assessments which the Board may determine unequal un-equal or unjust. Any person wtose property is assessed shall have the right to appear and make any objection to the proposed assessment. The boundaries of the District Dis-trict are more particularly described on the assessment assess-ment list and in the Notice of Intention pertainingtothis District and includes all property fronting or abutting upon the following streets or parts thereof to be improved: Lowell Avenue, including includ-ing a curved connection to Empire Avenue on the south to a curved connection connec-tion to Empire Avenue 130 feet northerly of 13th Street; Empire Avenue from 12th Street northerly to 15th Street; Crescent Road from 8th Street northwesterly to 9th Street. The nature of the improvements improve-ments on the foregoing streets for which the special spec-ial tax and assessment is proposed to be levied consist con-sist of grading, roll type gutters, gut-ters, storm drains, road base and bituminous road surfacing, sewer improvements improve-ments including mains and laterals, water system improvements, im-provements, including mains and service lines to the property prop-erty line, fencing and other miscellaneous work, to purchase, pur-chase, condemn or otherwise other-wise acquire any property NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW. The assessment as-sessment list has been completed com-pleted and five (5) members of the City Council have been duly appointed to act as the Board of Equalization and Review on the tax proposed to be levied on the property within such District. Lists of the property in said District subject to the proposed tax and assessment and the various var-ious amounts of tax against each parcel of property are available for examination at the office of the City Recorder. Re-corder.
