Show 94 drunk drivers, drove 338,050 miles, worked 546 hours overtime over-time on safety talks, first aid demonstrations, shuttling blood and medicine and assisting the public. They also served several warrants and pickup orders for other departments outside the District and wrote 4,463 warning warn-ing and arrest citations. District D' consists of 10 Troopers and one Sergeant. Highway Patrol Reports on Accident Toll According to the 1972 Activity report from Utah Highway Patrol Pat-rol in District D, Highway Patrolmen Pat-rolmen in the District investigated inves-tigated 482 accidents in 1972, in which 16 people were killed. The report was released by Sgt. Don Facer. District D includes in-cludes Wasatch, Summit and Morgan counties. There were 265 accidents in Summit County and seven people were killed. There were 181 accidents in Wasatch County and eight people were killed. There were 34 accidents in Morgan County and one person was killed. There were also two accidents ac-cidents in Salt Lake County investigated in-vestigated from District D. The 482 accidents caused property damage in excess of $612,909.00.
