Show UNLAWFUL COHABITATION CASES. On Wednesday week A. M. Barnson, of Ft". Green was before Commissioner Johnson and bound over in $4 00 on the above charge. Justice Nielson and Cliristensen of Ft. Green going his bonds. Dept. Marshal Clawson arrested Niels Butson of Spring City, at Fairview on Saturday last. Mr. Burson was at the residence of his third wife. The first wife of Monroe Allred was supcened at Spring City last Saturday, to appear in Salt Lake on the 21st inst. 4 Monroe Allred, a resident of Spring City. San Pete County, was arrested in Emigration canon yesterday morning by l'epuly Mashal Doyle, on the charge of adultery. Mr. Allred was taken before Commissioner Pratt, who set the examination exami-nation lor June 71. The defendent was released upon furnishing a bond in the sum of $1,500 to secure his appearence at that time. The complaint w as swotn to by Leon Lacon; and the offence is alleged to have been commuted with Barbara Allred, a plural wife. Hearld. |
