it enacted by the I 1 governor and legislative assembly of the territory of utah that section 18 4 of chapter 12 part 2 volume 1 of the C compiled laws of utahn yoen titled ilanor for organization of towns I 1 be and the be same is amended by striking out all of paragraph six 0 6 all aud d even seven ka 7 of said ee se tion and insert ing in in lieu thereof the following 6 to license tax and were delivered it does note not effect f those already practicing dentistry or dental surgery except as stated below nor does it prevent physicians or burgeons surgeons from extracting teeth it
