Show the juvenile court are rnruing to a ripe fruition In tho election of Judge W illiam Dunbar to that office. Since the passage of the Juvenile court law four years ago, the women have been diligent In working for a woman probation pro-bation officer, and within the past few days ha. occurred tho appointment of Miss Helen C'oston to that position posi-tion Miss C'oston has been one of the valued teachers In the city schools, at present holding the office of principal of the Central school. Tho school board at a meeting, however, passed a resolution asking Judge-elect Dunbar to make the appointment, stating they believed that through Miss Coston working In that capacity the interests of the children of the cltv could be best served. R. M Arne, present boys' secretary of the Y. M. C A , was also appointed appoint-ed truant officer Mr. Arne has had experience In the boys' detention home at Omaha, and has taken a spe, elnl Interest In Juvenile work.
