May Not Be Mexican. 4 Kansas City, Nov. 14. Oscar Opet, who la charged with the assassination assassina-tion of William C. Temple, chief of j.eillce at Anadarko, Okla., Is not a Mexican, in the opinion of Leon Gomez, Mexican consul here. "If Opet is the correct name of the assassin, he Is not a Mexican." said Senor Gomez this morning. "I am not familiar with that name and 1 am unable to translate It Into the language upoken In Mexico. "Whether Opet I9 a Mexican or not, I hope ho will be dealt with In accordance accord-ance with the Instructions sent to Governor Haskell by the American authorities at Washington," added the consul.
