In case football was not resioied, and the trustees were directed by the association as-sociation to pay the fund over 'o the trustees of tho college, who nre bound to devote the income to alhlelica. Football not having oeen resumed, the university will now receive the principal of the fund. It Is directed "that If at any lime during the continuance con-tinuance of the trust the track team arid the university crew should cease to take part in Infrcolleglato sports, then the whole of said Interest shall be paid annualh- for the general uses of Columbia university."
