Ialton upon leaving his otflce at the city court yesterday afternoon, after he had been showered with criticism for the release of, the six Socialist whom Chief of Police S. M. Harlow ordered arrested for obstructing obstruct-ing streets and sidewnll's at Second South and State st. 3 Tuesday night. No one knew, and the cases were dismissed. After they had been arraigned In court. Rev. William Thurston Brown, who was arrested Wednesday night for speaking at Second South and State streets, went to the office of Mr. Dalion aud had a complaint issued for thi arrest of Patrolman C. W. Pitts, who. he claims, Ftruck him while bo-Ing bo-Ing toted to police headquarters. Pitts was served with the warrant last night.
