Show CONGREGATIONAL B'SJAMT The men's banquet at the Congregational Congre-gational church last evening was attended at-tended by fifty members of Rev. Brainerd's congregation and the event will be enumerated with the most enjoyable gatherings of the present or previous year's history of the church. Long tables were set in the spacious basement room of the church and a four-course dinner was served at f!:30 o'clock. Following the banquet Dr. K. P. Mills was chosen toast nuts tor and he in turn calk-d upon various guests for five-minute talks. A splendid splen-did hour was spent after the feast, the talkfest serving to bring into closer relationship those who attended attend-ed tho enjoyable event. |
