Keubon Clark, Jr, of I'tah, to bo solicitor for the slate? department was given out by the President Pres-ident on Tuesday, the quest ion was asked: Who is Clark? He was formerly for-merly private secretary to Dr .lames E. Talniagc. Speaking of the appointment, appoint-ment, Mr. Tnlma';e said: "I. Reuben Clark, Jr.. Is the son of J. II.
