Show MRS. FRITZ OBTAINS A DIVORCE . Judge Howell this morning granted an interlocutory decree of divorce to Ina Fritz, who sought relief from her husband. Otto B Fritz. The complaint com-plaint alleged that the parties were married at Clark, South Dakota, in July 190S. and that since that tinio tho defendant had not provided well for the plalstlfT and a minor child. Mis.' Fritz was placed upon th- witness wit-ness staud this morning She stated that herself and husbasd came tu Ogden Og-den about a ear ago. Mi. Fritz getting get-ting a nosltion with tho railway company, com-pany, earning about $00 a month Sho stated that Mr Fritz had not provld; I ed her with any means at all since July 23. of this yeav and that, prior to that time, ehc had be n ;compellcd to work for her clothes She also stated stat-ed that her husband has been addicted addict-ed to the drink habit and that ho has been spesdlng his money in gambling houses. Mrs Fritz, was restored to her maiden name, Ina Thompson, aud given giv-en the custody of the miner child. |
