Wllkerson late today Issued a statement state-ment regarding his "action In sweeping sweep-ing aiide civil suits to make way for criminal prosecution of the men composing com-posing the National Packing company. To Prosecute Packers. Mr. Wllkcrson says there is but "no reason for dismissal of the civil ca.;o. and that Is the desire of the government govern-ment for immediate and vigorous prosecution pros-ecution nf tho packers.
