The -officer has a list and it Is very probable that some of the thugs will land In the city Jail before they have accomplished much in their line. It is known that they hac recently operated extensively In Salt Lake and. not until Chief Harlow began to discharge some of the officers and detectives de-tectives of the Salt lake department, did they get out of the capital city. These fellows have started their old game of trying to bribe members of the police and detective force here by offering free clgf.rs and volunteering information regarding tho haunts of law violators here in Ogden There are about twenty of them, and the officers have a description of them. The fellows have blood In with some of the officers of Salt Ike for Pome time past and have been permitted per-mitted to steal and rob with impunity. impuni-ty.
